PRIZE GUARANTEE PROCEDURES & POLICIES

All tournaments will offer Individual prizes to the top Four (4) teams (1ST - 4TH Place) in sportswear / sports equipment
and / or Travel Money to future tournaments. All tournaments will award All-Tournament prizes to the top four (4) teams
(1st to 4TH Place).

The prizes procedure is for teams to place an order for sportswear / sports equipment at the tournament. Prize Orders will
be completed and will be made available for pick at a later date in a timely fashion.

All prize orders must be placed at the tournament that the prizes were won. This allows for prompt and speedy availability
of completed prizes for pick up by the team managers. Failure to place an order for prizes at the Tournament may result in
forfeiture of prize package.

All extra - additional prizes, prize upgrades or any other additional costs of prizes must be paid at the tournament where the
prizes were won or awarded. Prize order will be delayed until all extra costs are paid.

Specific prizes / awards may vary from tournament to tournament and may vary from published tournament flyers or web sites
without advance or prior notification. All tournaments are guaranteed to award both Individual and All-Tourney Prizes to the top
four (4) teams (1ST - 4TH Place).

All gift certificates for sportswear / sporting goods must be ordered no later than the Tuesday after the tourney. Any extra costs
must be paid when the order is placed. The order will be delayed until payment has been received.

All Travel Money must be used by the expiration date. After the expiration date, the Travel Money certificates are invalid. Travel
Money cannot be exchanged for sportswear / sporting goods. Expiration dates of Travel Money certificates cannot be extended.
The one exception is for "bad weather' causing a postponement occurring on the tournament day that your team has entered to play.

All prizes will be made available for pick up within two (2) to four (4) weeks with exception of "Rings". Teams are responsible for the
pick up of all prizes. At the tournament, teams may pay $10.00 as their share of the shipping costs to have prizes sent by
USPS / UPS / FEDX.

TRAVEL MONEY

All Travel Money is based on a reimbursement system where the sponsor pays us back when we award Travel Money
provided the team receiving the Travel Money plays on or before the expiration date.

Once the team plays, we bill or invoice the sponsor with proof in the forms of a roster and a schedule listing the team
in a tournament on or before the expiration date. If a team does not play, we cannot bill or invoice the sponsor for
reimbursement.

All Travel Money must be used by the expiration date. After the expiration date, the Travel Money certificates are invalid.
Travel Money cannot be exchanged for sportswear / sporting goods.

Expiration dates of Travel Money certificates cannot be extended. The one exception is for "bad weather' causing a
postponement occurring on the tournament day that your team has entered to play.

There are three (3) kinds of Travel Money:
(1) Travel Money ~ "NEXT". This Travel Money is GOOD for thirty (30) days or Four (4) weekends to any tourney from
the date the Travel Money was awarded. This is the most common. The thirty (30) days expiration guarantees that there
is a high degree of probability that most of the players who played when they won the Travel Money are still on the team
and can benefit from the Travel Money when the team plays again.

(2) Travel Money to a specific tournament such as State, Region, World, Nationals, Rings, etc. This Travel Money is only
good to be used for the specific tournament designated. Once the Tournament has past, then the Travel Money is NO GOOD
and cannot be used on another date.

For example, you have tickets to the "USC & NOTRE DAME FOOTBALL GAME". Once the game is over and you did not
attend the game, the ticket is no longer good and cannot be used for another game,

(3) (0-4) = NO WINS = $100.00. This Travel Money is the same as #1 "NEXT". This is good for 30 days or four (4) weekends
from the tournament the Travel Money was won.

BAD WEATHER / RAIN POLICIES

All tournaments are a "GO" or "GREEN LIGHT" unless stated otherwise. Once a team receives their first game start time,
there are "NO DROPS" permitted because of bad weather (rain - wind - smoke, etc). The last time a tournament will be
postponed because of bad weather will be two (2) hours prior a team's first game start time on tournament day.

Once the first game of tournament has started play, all teams owe the full tournament entry fees. If a tournament is
postponed once play has started, then all teams are required to play in the MANDATORY reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
There will be NO REFUNDS of entry fees. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

All mandatory rescheduled tournaments will occur within 4-6 weeks of the original event. Every effort will be made to
accommodate scheduling particulars of every team. All teams must bring their original roster of players to the reschedule
tournament. Any roster changes must be pre-approved. In that case, all replacement players must be of "Like or Similar
Ability".

In extremely rare cases because of severe hardship a team cannot play in the reschedule, then that team will be
credited a proportion of their entry fees toward another tournament expiring within 90 days of the original event.
Since all tournaments are a Four (4) Game Guarantee, a team will receive a credit of 1/4 or 25% of the entry fee for
every game that team did not NOT play in the regular or round robin schedule.

All teams are required to contact the Tournament Office within 48 hours of the postponed tournament to receive
information on the mandatory reschedule.

DEADLINE & PAYMENT:

DEADLINE: WEDNESDAY NIGHT BEFORE TOURNEY - 9:00 PM / NO "DROPS" AFTER THE DEADLINE ACCEPTED OR "NO SHOW"
ON TOURNEY DAY ALLOWED. PENALTY: PLAYERS & MANAGER SUSPENSIONS AND PREVIOUS PRIZE FORFEITURE UNTIL
FULL ENTRY FEES PAID IN CASH

ENTRY FEES: CASH ONLY DUE BEFORE FIRST GAME WILL BE ALLOWED TO START ALONG WITH COMPLETED ROSTER FORM




BAT

All bats must be on the current ASA APPROVED or Non-APPROVED LIST. No DEMONSTRATION, PROTYPE OR ALTERED BATS MAY BE USED.

(1) IF a bat is on the APPROVED ASA LIST, then obviously the bat is legal to use.

(2) If a bat is NOT on the NON-APPROVED LIST, the bat is NOT legal for use.

(3) If a bat is on the ASA Non-Approved list, then that bat may be used EXCEPT for the following:

EASTON - SCX2 SYNERGY PLUS (BLACK-GREEN)
EASTON STEALTH
MIKEN ULTRA 1 & II
MIKEN ULTRA - MAXLOAD

BI DA BOMB COMBAT
WORTH MAYHEM - M7 120 (M7120)
WORTH MAYHEM - MAY7JH
WORH MAYHEM - RELOAD (JH120)

At the discretion of he Umpire or the Director, they have the authority to throw out ANY bat that they chooses to question,
Basic philosophy, "When in doubt, throw it out". This is a matter of SAFETY! Any bat found to be illegal will be removed
for the remainder of the tourney

PENALTY: Once an illegal bat is found, the bat must be removed from the game. The batter is out. Play will resume from
the point of infraction. A bat may be thrown out by either the Umpire / Director or threw a team manager protest.
